unable to collect dole

Hi,
I was unable to collect payment from post office last friday as my mother was taken ill and had to return to uk. on return went to post office and was informed payment had been returned and needed to go to SW office. I completed a form to advise why I was unable to claim. My qustion is have I 'lost' that weeks' payment completely or will it be paid at a later date.

It will be up to the SW office to decide if you had an entitlement for that week based on the information you supplied on the form.
