ulster bank overdraught facility

I received a letter outlining my approved ovedraught facility approved for a further 12 months.They debited my account 200 euro (they state 50% reduction on normal fee) fee for this approval.
I wounder is this legal ?
I seek opinions on same.

An overdraft arrangement between bank and customer will be subject to terms and conditions.

If this fee is not covered, you may have a case for redress. Also, as described, this appears to be for the renewal of an existing arrangement. Was such a fee (regardless of amount) levied in the past ?
