Has anyone dealt with this online company? I took travel insurance with them last year but now find that their site is undergoing "essential maintenance" for the last few weeks!

Needless to say, I suspect they are gone bust. I want to make a claim based on the policy I held with them which expired in late Jan.. Any suggestions? Presume I checked that they were bonded but i cant be sure.

If you have problems contacting them try contact the Financial Regulator (01 4104000) for advice, they should tell you your options.
