Hi,
Living in the USA ... and likely for the rest of my life, I want to transfer a private Irish pension, that was initially set up and last contributed to in Ireland approx. 20 years ago, to a relative.
A couple of questions:
Is this allowed?
What tax penalty, if any, will I or my relative pay?
How do I go about doing it?
