Hellow there,
My first posting. I'm back from the USA and have $'s home with me. The $ is very low. Any suggestions on how , where I could get a better rate for my dollars?. $400 back. Thank you anybody

Not clear if you've just returned from holidays or from living in the US. If you bought the $ in a BOI branch before your holiday & kept the receipt, you could return to the bank where you bought them & they will be bought back at the same rate, with no commission.
