Third Party Cover for Rental Property

Grateful to know what kind of insurance I should have on rental property. I have the house and contents insured. Should I also insure for tenents having an accident in the house or is the landlord liable? Which insurance company covers this type of risk?
 
It's called Landlord's Liability Insurance - FBD provide it, I'm sure there are others.
 
also known as tenants liability - most of the main insurers provide it under their rental packages. Allianz are very competitive
