I am a self builder of 2500 sq ft bungalow with u/f heating.
Can I ask anyone with an air to water or geothermal or even condensing boiler to give me details on the following
1. size of house (in square feet)
2. heat source and size of unit (Kw)
3. details of bills for the last 12 months (detailing esb and oil seperately)- ie since may 2009
4. approx number of people living in the house
5. Any other heat source eg. Stove
I am trying to get a picture of the costs involved and the best solution for a new build with underfloor heating.
By getting the bills now for the last 12 months we will capture winter and summer
