Sticky Suggestion

I think the Investment property sticky is very good.

Maybe another sticky tailored to Overseas Property is needed.

I see alot of the same questions and advice on this specific topic.

I.E Double Taxation, Gauranteed Incomes, currency fluctuations , etc

When you see the threads with 'sticky' in the title line at the top of a forum, you have a 'sticky', i.e. it appears at the top of every page in the forum, and should prove useful to many who use the forum.

Okay, I've just checked out one here and on Demutualisation, well, if you explain how I'll give it a go, if that's okay? What I don't know I can grab from my colleagues and agency back home?

Just go ahead and post a (draft) FAQ on the topic. You can then refine it based on additional information you decide is relevant as well as user feedback. Once it has firmed up to something generally useful it can be "pinned" to the top of the forum by a moderator if necessary. I would be great if more people took the time to create FAQs and other "reusable" resources.
