Hi,
We have just had a solid fuel 50kw boiler installed to supply heat our home. The boiler is heating a 2000l buffer tank. My questions is the plumber has the boiler set to 68 deg, which the boiler is maintaining but in burning a lot of fuel. If the buffer tank is maintaining the required temp 70 deg than should the boiler not cut out until the tanks temperature drops.
