I was made redundant just before Christmas, I decided to go it alone and trade as a Sole Trader, I am a engineer, I made some money in January around €2500 for various jobs I was doing, back to scratch for february looking for more work, I really don't know where the next work is coming from but it will come, my question is due to the nature of my situation can I also claim Job seekers benefit for the dry months and then nothing for the months that are good or alternatively should I look for benefit for only work three days during the week??
