I own a site with outline planning permission valued at 150,000.
I have personal debts of 35000.
I still owe 80000 for the site.
Any body got recommendations as to how I could raise the 80k without having to look for full planning?
Does any bank allow you to release equity from site the in the same manner as you can from a house?
