This summer, my hedge has gradually developed silvery leaves, which appear to be spreading. It now is on approx half my hedge, and the rest is not growing particularly well.
After some Google research, I found this link:

but it would seem to be quite difficult to uproot plants within a hedge (even if this is the right diagnosis.
So ideally, if anyone has seen this, and could recommend a solution, chemical or otherwise. Can send photo of leaves if anyone needs...
