Sideline business in the evening

Hi,

I work fulltime for company and have my normal take home pay. Just normal employee.

I am thinking of setting up a sideline offering a service to companies in the evening. Just some leaflet design, and printing.

What is the best way to do this? I would not be making huge money, maybe €200 a week. But what is the best way to declare this money. I want to be 100% legal but obviously keep as much as the money as possible.

Is it even worth the hassle?
