Should i reduce my holding in ISHARES MSCI IRELAND CAPPED ETF

Irish market down for a longtime? Should i reduce MSCI Ireland ETF holding
Should i reduce some of my holdings ISHARES MSCI IRELAND CAPPED ETF and place it into USA stocks instead LLL LMT MDT etc? at least the tax is less and can things get better in Ireland with Brexit looming.
