Should I have got written permission for apartment bathroom renovation?

Apartment bathroom had cracked bathtub and cracked tiles when i bought. I replaced tiles, added cabinet, repainted and replaced bath with a walk in shower.

Leasehold said structural alterations or additions require permission. It says nothing about non structural alterations. I assume i am okay?

Don’t worry. I assume you bought the apartment. All internal works are ok you just can’t move walls or extend etc
