I am organising to rennovate an end of terrace house (which I rent out) including dry lining, new boiler, upgrade heatinng controls, attic insulation.
I Have checked the SEI website and have identified the amount of grant available for each area.
My query replates to the boiler section. The boiler is very old and will be replaced with a new high effiecient one. Can anyone give me an idea of the cost of purchasing and fitting this? WIll curent plumbing and rads be ok? How much will these heating controls cost to meet the terms of grant?
AFAIK, the only heating control at the moment is the on/off button!
