Mrs BT and I have received a letter from the Revenue stating they are completing a compliance review of mortgage TRS and they us require to sign and return the letter (ticking a box confirming that the tax relief we get on the interest payment relates to our PPR and nothing else) and to return two utility bills as proof of residency.
