Just to note I am yet to return I am due to return in January and had a catch up to discuss my return and it was advised then

My last word on this.

Take a written note of what was discussed at the catch up.

Let it be known, quietly, that you feel the proposed transfer is unfair and in breach of the MPA.

If the hint isn’t taken, confirm your position in writing and take note of all subsequent interactions on the subject.
