I was wondering if anyone else may know of the processing time for a residence card for a non EEA Family Member (applicaion EU1 Free Movement).
I understand that it can take 6 months, but I have heard people confirm that it has taken longer. Also when does this 6 months start, immgration keep telling that there is a back log in the mail so I am still not in the system, even though registered post confirm that they recieved it 3 weeks ago.
Furthermore can I work in this 6 months if I am a non EU national.
I look forward to any help that can be given
