[REQ] need cheap valuation for NIB remortgage

I recently got a valuation (€100) done for the NIB, which will be refunded when I take out the mortgage. The branch in Killester gave me the name & contact details of the valuer. Perhaps the branch in Donabate can assist likewise?

are doing it for €130 which is good enough.

(the estate agent in Donabate were charging €150 plus VAT)
 
I got a valaution done by an IAVI member in Cork. The cost was €100 + vat (= €121). I paid by cheque but didn't get a receipt (apart from the valuation document been filled in). Does anyone know if NIB are looking for receipts before they refund the valauation costs?
