I am currently working from home but it is not really satisfactory. I have been looking at small one or two room offices to rent in Dublin City Centre.
I think I have found a place I like and I have asked the estate agent to send me the lease details. He has requested I appoint a solicitor to review the lease for me, I assume this is mandatory as well as being a good idea for all concerned.
The office rent will amount to €7000/year for a lease period of 6 or 12 months (to be decided). I am wondering what sort of fee a solicitor would charge for this kind of lease review.
Also the lease is a licence which is something I have to read up on.
