Friend of mine, working in a music shop (some franchised, some not apparantly).
They have been working there nearly 3 and a half years, and they have been assistant manager for over a year.
They will be talking to managing director soon and were looking for a few questions to ask. I came up with:
-How much redundancy payment
-When will shop close (just certain stores not all stores)
-Can they be transfered to another store
Anybody got any other question suggestions?
Also, just wanted to make sure that their minimum entitlements will most likely be (full time employee):
Statutory Redundancy = 2 weeks per year + 1 week
