This is a very last minute buy. He already has an i-pad so an i-phone is not wanted. Also he has a very bad track record with phones so I don't want to spend more than 200/250. He's a gadget lover. Any kind of a decent mobile phone with new gadgets for this price range? This would be on a pre-paid, not bill pay.
