My brother in law finished claiming jobseekers benefit sometime last June. He has now obtained 16 weeks work i.e up to Christmas. When this employment ceases will he automatically re-qualify for jobseekers benefit i.e he will have 13 weeks + of paid prsi employment. He doesn't think there will be any work after xmas
