Railings for side & front of house

Hi all,
I'm living in the Lucan/Clondalkin area and live in a corner house.
The wall surrounding front and side of the house is very low so I want to have railings put on this wall. I also would like gates in the front but to do this I think the front Pillars may need to be built up (red brink). I'm very new to the area so can any one suggest anyone for doing this in this area?
Any rough ideas of how much it would cost?

We got folding gates and maybe 80 feet of railing on low walls about three years ago from Phoenix Wrought Iron [broken link removed]
They were the cheapest by far and did a good job. I would use them again.

BTW - My first ever post on AAM a couple of years ago was about gates - I got one reply suggesting I try Blackie Connors :).
