Quinn direct Freeway charges

I'm currently looking in to setting up a pension with Quinn direct.
A contradiction that I noticed is that in some of the documentation they send out they say that there is a transaction fee of 3.81/month for regular life term policies but on another booklet it states that there are no transacation fees(of any kind).
Do they charge a monthly transaction fee?

AFAIK, they no longer charge a monthly fee.
