hi,
what is the actual procedure with repossion of house? we were in with our bank today as we have difficulty paying our mortgage - discussing options which i suggested selling house and paying off mortgage but realistic prices, show that we'd have a shortfall of 10 - 15k to repay mortgage so they advised not to or should i say, told us that we can't do that?. I then said what is the story with repossession of house then, and the reply was that they do their best not to repossess. we are two months in arrears and the bank advised us as we have arrears, they could not offer interest only for a period? seemed to go around in circles for us? i any advice.
