My wife received her credit card last week and there was a transaction that she didnt recognise and got a chargeback granted on the amount €75. She has just told me and I realised that the transaction related to a purchase I made on her card. It would be particularly embarassing for me professionally if the vendor found out that bank had a chargeback. Anyone any experience of the process and timeframe before we ring credit card company?
