We are a couple in our early 60's both retired.We currently have €150,000 invested in Prize Bonds.Have won approx. €400 this year.Given the low interest rates on offer even with An Post 5 year Saving certs 5% after 5 years.Just wondering if we should re invest in property rental sector instead.We have 1 investment property since 2007 with the mortgage due to be paid off in 2027. One if not 2 of our cars will need replacing soon but we would not be buying new.We may also want to upgrade our house to A energy rating.Any suggestions?
