Personal Allowances Reliefs and Deductions Query

Hi everyone,

I just received a letter from Revenue stating that I owe them income tax for 2008. I noted from the breakdown that Panel 3 Personal Allowances, Relief and Deductions was blank. I would be grateful if someone could explain what the purpose of Panel three is and what it may include.

panel 3 personal allowances, reliefs and deductions, would include allowances reliefs and deductions allowable at your marginal rate like medical expenses
