Pension tax relief

hello,

I'm retired with a pension and small amount of PAYE non retirement income. I know I can claim back two years on a lump sum pension subject to limits.

Questions:

1) Can I claim in 2017 and 2018 on any any utilised pension left to be claimed?

2) I have ARF pension income which I understand is not treated as pension but as Income. Can I claim pension contributions against this?
