I recently brought a complaint to the FSO against my mortgage provider. A finding was issued last week and to say the least I was dissapointed with it. Among other things it contained factual errors and incorrect assumptions and did not, I feel, consider all the evidence I submitted. I am also unhappy with the time taken to deal with the complaint and the proceedures followed, or not followed, in dealing with the complaint. Needless to say I too am not in a position to go to the High Court but I do want to let someone know how I feel. What options are open to me, if any?
