While clearing out some old files I discovered an old share certificate from my last employer that I invested I think 1K punts in 2000. The company Informix changed name to Ascential in 2001 and was then bought by IBM on 2005. I only hold the certificate in the company name Informix and have move house in 2003 so I have no corespondence of name changes etc. My question is if IBM bought the company have they bought my shares also and if I want to cash its IBM who I contact.
