Changed insurance this year.
Had claim last year (under 1K).
New company needed letter from old insurance company re claim/settled etc.
Letter came with TWO claims, one mine and another for 5 years ago. Stated settled and amount nil.
I emailled company about this, said to just send off letter as new company had details anyway re my claim or claims according to them.
What should I do about this as emailled company three days and no answer back. Thanks.
