Need independent investment, tax and life assurance advice

• Hi all,
• Have never sought financial advice before but in late 30s now and need help with the following things:
• Investment options for a lump sum.
• Mortgage advice (incl life assurance on existing property and advice about taking out a second mortgage)
• Pension advice
• Submitting a tax return for a rental property.

Anyone know someone independent that can help with all of the above?
Or anyone good in general that could help with most of it?
