Morg Applications

Hey my broker is putting in for my morg next week
Just wondering how people are getting on with there applications ?
Is there more being refused than accepted ?
Very excited yet very scared :O

Would love to hear some stories ..

Hi Ciara, good luck! We put in our application via a broker to ICS last November and the mortgage approval finally came through in Jan.....we were fed up waiting but nothing we could do really. If your broker said you have a good chance to get it then that's probably right, unfortunately for us it seemed even with a good application (2 secure jobs, a 90% mortgage request of only 2.5 times combined income) there was a long wait from we got the approval in principle to the actual loan letter. We got into the house 4 weeks after getting the loan letter though.
