Does anyone know of a place in Galway where martial arts is taught, and also what is taught at beginners stage.

I attend Aikido. The instructor, Josef, welcomes new starters anytime. Every Sunday and Thursday, 8pm, Holy Family School, Renmore, opposite Bradley's garage. (Josef 087 250 9276).
