Management Fees - on Pension???

my father lives in an apartment - he owns the apartment - the managment fees are 1350 per annum and he is finding it hard to get the money together, he is on SW pension ? are there any allowances for people like this? i know the answer is more than likely no.

Nope. If you live in an apartment you are responsible for 100% of the fees with the only refund available being the tax rebate on refuse charges if that's included in the fees. Sad but true.
