I was with MBNA and was recently moved to Avantcard when they took over. I find their customer service appalling and am looking for advice on who to switch to.
- My priority is customer service, it must have an excellent customer service.
- Rates are not a consideration, I'll happily accept high rates for a good service. I always settle my bill on time and never spend more than I have anyway.
- I'm also looking for extra perks, such as travel insurance when booking your holiday using the card (as was the case with MBNA, and dropped by Avantcard) or 24/7 support.
