I am just wondering where i stand as regards entitlement to state pension under current legislation and proposed.
I have worked in the state for 24 year ...Employed by Company for 14 years and for 10 years approximately as self employed.
I am now 46 emigrating to a non Eu country and may not return.
Under current legislation would i be entitled to full state contributory
pension at 65 ?
Under the pensions proposals floating around ..i would be entitled to 24/30 of state pension at 67 ?
I am currently 46 so i would be looking to collect pension 2029 - 2031.
(frightening to look that far forward)
I know legislation may change in the meantime and the country could be
even more bankrupt than currently.
I also have some pension entitlements from a company scheme and a personal scheme.
