Looking for some useful information please...
Taking into account that UK mortgages rates are typically currently in the 6 - 7% range, what rates are generally offered in other countries where is is possible to buy a leaseback property?
I've heard that overseas rates are lower than here, but I have no idea what the rates are.
Help much appreciated!!!!!
