What specific question do you have or what issues are of concern to you?
I have E10000 plus E1200+ each month to invest. I just want to put my money to work. I will likely need a partner if I want to get a mortgage within the next 5 years. Regardless, I need to start saving for that goal.

I really want to put my savings in ETFs but being an American citizen is making this option really difficult (Degiro and other brokers don't allow American citizens to use their services). I don't know how to get around this.

Question:
Is there a way I can still use ETFs or is there another option to get a decent return on my money?

Thanks.

OK, you should not be making any voluntary contributions to a pension fund which are not matched by your employer.

Your first financial priority will be to buy a house. So you need to have all your cash available to you.

I don't know the complications caused by being an American citizen. But if you can't buy ETFs, then buy shares directly.

It's hard to buy a diversified portfolio of shares with €14k

You have one share. Maybe buy €5k worth of two other shares.

Then buy a fourth one when you have another €5k.

So you would be getting more diversified over time.
