If my laptop is stolen or damaged while on holidays do I claim off my "all risks" home insurance or my travel insurance? Is it possibly covered under both?
Unlikely to be covered under home insurance unless you have it mentioned separately on the policy. Travel insurance would generally cover loss or damage but again refer to T&C of policy
possibly covered under both Home AR and travel. That bein gthe case, you make the claim against one insurer and they sort out contributions with the other.
