KBC fixed term maturity

Just looking at terms of KBC fixed term deposits. I note they have the same clause as EBS where they will reinvest funds in same product at maturity if no notice has been received. I hate this sneaky term that I expect a lot of people could miss. It puts me off opening an account with them.

Ciaran - should you include in best buy section?
 
Whilst this is a T&C, they do write to you about 3 weeks before maturity to advise you and also text a fortnight before. As well as that, you also have a 14 day cooling off period, so you get over 5 weeks to make a decision.
