I have defaulted on my credit card (8000) and I am being brought to court in connection with another loan resulting from a personal guarantee on a loan(58000) in a company that went into liquidation, I have only a small income now and wife unemployed, I cant pay either, I know i will get a judgement against me for the loan, how long will this last on my credit record?
