Joint application?

In a joint application for affordable housing do both persons on the application have to intend on living in the house?

What if two people applied with the intention of only one applicant actually living there if successful. What is the criteria surrounding this siuation?

Both people have to live in house, you could get guarantor if you cannot get approved for enough on our own but must be PPR for those buying the property, would defeat the purpose ot the scheme otherwise.

Ya thats what i thought, just now seems that Cork Co Council don't allow the use of a guarantor which is a setback from my point of view. Trying to get it confirmed by the council at moment
