I recently purchsed a watch on ebay. when it arrived the face was shattered. I have mailed the seller but got no response. Just wondering what if any rights I have?I see on the item description insurance was optional and I did not request this.
Exact same thing happened to me recently, emailed the seller and they got back to me after about 2 days. They asked me to email them a photo of the damaged watch and then sent me a replacement.
I did check on ebay and paypal but I cannot see anything relating to damaged goods. If the goods had not arrived or were not as described then the dispute resolution procedure can be used.
