I am at the very start of this. A small Irish startup is looking for funding via Seedrs.
I have known of this company for awhile. I like their product, the people involved are as straight as a die, and what I may invest I can afford to lose.
I will say upfront that I am very green in this territory. Lots of questions floating through my head but the primary ones are;
-Any opinion of Seedrs?
-Do I need to declare upfront this investment to Revenue?
-If investment lost, can I claim a percentage of investment back from Revenue?
-Should it be clear upfront as to what needs to happen/be achieved for investment, and preferably gain to be paid back?
