Hi I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction, my partner needs to file for bankruptcy in Ireland he has just been told that he is not able to apply for the PIA as his income is to low and he wouldn't have any money left over to pay them.
We have done some research online but cant find out who he should apply for this with. The nearest PIP in the area does not deal with bankruptcy.
