Health Insurance Insured twice

Early this year, I took out a family cash plan with HSF as I intended renewing our hospital plan (Laya) for a cheaper plan without the every-day medical expense refunds. When it came to renewing, there was no cost difference so I ended keeping them and I will not renew the HSF plan - my question is can I reclaim these twice, since I have paid for the insurance twice?

Yes you can claim twice, since you paid twice.
For example; usually Laya refund 50% per gp visit, so the HSF refund will relate to the other half.
If you claim from HSF first, they return all receipts.
